I've got one of these in the bottom of a tote somewhere. Not sure if it's something you're looking for, but I have it.

Delta Stryker 3.5-21x44 review in the making.

After hearing that the Primary Arms 2.5-20x48 is going to be NEXT YEAR. What kind quality is this thing really going to have at $1500 that I can't get from a preowned Mk5 3.6-18x???

    Rifle Scopes PLXC 2.5-20×48

Same. It's not that I Dislike either the NX8 or the Mk5, I'm just open to trying something different and this checks a lot of boxes on paper.

    Rifle Scopes PLXC 2.5-20×48

Thats like asking why an FDE Nightforce ATACR in 7-35 exists when an FDE Tangent Theta in 7-35 exists. I have a 2.5-20 NX8, but im open to trying something different to see if there is something I like better about it. (I dont LOVE the 30mm tube or the NX8 turrets)

    Rifle Scopes PLXC 2.5-20×48

Is this thing even worth waiting for anymore? Optics Planet has it advertised at $1999 (and have been estimating 13-22 days for about 3 months now) and I'm interested, but you can snag a preowned Mk5 3.6-18 or NF NX8 2.5-20 for around 1500 - 1600 bucks. Any of you industry insiders doing T &...

Clue me on these new Digital Day/night scopes

Appears the Gen2 comes with an eye cup, charger and a pair of 21700 flat top batteries. Per the website, then Gen1 has 8h and the Gen2 is 10h "Upgraded from a standard 18650 to a high-capacity 21700 battery, the scope delivers up to 10 hours of extended runtime." Has "stand by" mode etc...

Clue me on these new Digital Day/night scopes

I've been testing the 3-12 and the 5-20 swapping them back and forth between 223, and 22lr and just using the tripod to film critters. The 5-20 has a pretty narrow fov and imo, would be better suited for day shooting. Even at 5x...its pretty tight if youre trying to locate things, and 99% of my...

Clue me on these new Digital Day/night scopes

Correct. Digital NV functions...but barely without IR. It's gotta have full mood, star light, residual street lights etc to amplify. Here's tonight. Completely overcast with no stars or moon visible. Good for what it is...but I don't think it will ever compare to what it wants to be.

Clue me on these new Digital Day/night scopes

no, the glowing eyes is a dead give away....but I can probably get you some fresh pics tonight. The deer come out in the park by my house all the time. I will try and get some without IR

Clue me on these new Digital Day/night scopes

I was highly skeptical, but I've been testing out the DNT Zulus HD LRF both the 3-12 and 5-20 Gen1 which is Day and Digital NV only. (Non-Thermal) and I've been highly impressed. I hear the Gen2 just got released as well. Pros are that it works day or night, has built in LRF, with FFP reticle...

Looking for recommendations for a long range scope

for someone that's just getting in to it, and youre starting off with a factory system. I'd look at the PX and find something used. You'll get WAY more bang for your buck, and you'll have less risk of loss if you decided you don't like it and want to buy something else. Lots of superior...

The Shot You’ll Never Forget Giveaway - Enter To Win A Barrel From Rifle Barrel Blanks!

Pretty sure it was back in 2012. Got a 300 SAUM AR10 to hopefully use for elk, (in 2025 i still haven't drawn an elk tag) but I decided to use it for pronghorn. Couldn't have gotten a more perfect opportunity with roughly 2-3mph wind. A 931 yd shot doesnt get much more simple than this.

    Which Chassis and Why?

I absolutely love my Cadex Competition Folder. I've owned about 6-8 different chassis over the years and it's still my favorite. Even with it's one glaring downside. I wish they had multiple different hand guard options. Mine is a Gen 1 version, so it's a proprietary mounting system, made...

Do you drink anything while shooting?

At a match, I like to pre-hydrate the day before with a couple gatorades, and the day of, I like to have 24oz gatorade with a 5h Energy IN IT for basically my own home made energy drink. Most matches tend to have water on hand.

How long is too long for a bolt gun barrel and suppressor?

Personally, I don't want anything over 30 if it's performance rifle. I think my 300 Norma Imp is 28" +2 for a brake is 30. Rifles I want to be even remotely maneuverable I want it at or around 24 tops. My 22 Creed, and 6.5 PRC hunting rifles are both 18" with a 9" can, which comes in right...

    Scope flip cap recommendation

Tenebrex are my preferred, but if I'm on a budget, I use Buttler Creek on the eye piece and MK Machine on the objective.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

Thanks for helping him out, you might be a mind reader...I'm not. If he misspoke, he's a dumb ass. If he didnt mis speak, he's a liar. And you can suck a dick if you think you wanna call me out for complaints about a scope I sold, because I didn't love the reticle...while VORTEX TEAM GUYS CAN...
