    I want to try the 77 TMK’s since I’ve got the room to play around with since my current loaf is 2.495 and the sierra stuff seems to not care about jump. Plus I could use them for precision gas gun stuff if I wanted to.

    Solid speed, I loaded up from 24.7-25.9 after seasoning the barrel and was getting solid speed with low sd/es. Then I tested to see what once fired brass would do from 25.6-26.2 and got higher sd/es which I found a little weird.

    Give northland shooting supply a shout, they might have something on the shelf or have something coming in and you can check out preferred barrel blanks. I’d personally go with an origin just because you can get the HLR lug for it and that opens up the available to run TL3 shouldered barrels.

    It’s pretty hard to beat the origin and prefit combo these days. I’ve got a spare 223 barrel for my TL3 and grabbed the hunts recoil lug for my origin so I can have an other 223 rig to use as a loaner for new shooters.

    I threw a criterion 223 barrel on my TL3 and it’s been an absolute pleasure coming off my 308 in the same setup. It’s currently a Zermatt TL3, Accurate mags, 26” 7wt criterion with there match chamber sitting in either a PRS1 or TCS depending on what I’m using it for and chucks 75ELD-Ms at 2920

    Think it’s worth getting over the standard TCS since you’ve got both? I wanted to get another TCS to have twins between my CF and RF before they released the max. Now with the max being more nose heavy it caught my attention but the price jump and needing bottom metal are kinda off putting.
