    Why not just remove the brake for hunting? I don't see how it can be classed as a suppressor as it's just redirecting the sideways blast out the front, the same as if the brake was not there.

    Check the bedding is stress free, is there any movement when you loosen one of the action screws? Maybe you should have someone do a better job of bedding it.

    I used truck bed liner to texture the grip areas of my stock then used automotive basecoat and 2k matt clear with no issues, so i doubt you would have a problem with duracoat. I would think that anything that uses a hardener shouldn't have a problem with the solvent, it's not like you're soaking...
