    Hunting & Fishing If you could only have one centerfire rifle to hunt with?

    North America, I would choose a Tikka 7mag with NF Atacr ‘s new reticle. I love my Tikka 6.5CM and I love my savage 7mag so may as well put them together. Maybe should just consider a 30-06, don’t actually own one of them anymore.

    I am interested in the range report though. Do you plan on hunting with it? Deer? I have considered the exact same setup. Do you roll your own? If so let us know which powder/ bullet setup you use.

    As Frank would say, what’s your favorite color? I have the Cronus BTR on my rifle for the mile challenge but I kinda like the + crosshairs. On another note I thought the Cronus got a dot for their BTR also so you have both choices in mil.

    That’s why I am going back to CCI 400’s. Interested in the neck bushing size, my RCBS is putting a ton of neck tension on. I had to pull about 25 last night with the hammer and these were by far the worst I have ever pulled in 18 different rounds I load for (rifle/handgun).

    Anyone tried H414 yet? I am going to load some up and some RL15 CFE223 and PP Varmint didn’t fair real well. Got 748 to group .457 but hit 2665 FPS. I may stick with it and try CCI 400’s vs 450’s but out of a 22” barrel I was hoping for 2750.

    Well off the top of my head I think I saw a CA 6.5 PRC for $2700 or maybe $2799 and I am not sure if that was a CF barrel. A HS precision is $3600-$3700 or so and may weigh more but is a total custom in house production rifle. You could look into say a 700 action, Lilja (or insert brand) taper...

    My wife likes my tripod. I got one to hold my scope which then I got a bracket to hold my AR this last May. I took it hunting. I used the hood of my pickup still. Lol
