    In summary I think it’s fair to say you think I should have bought a new license. I disagree where the last “3 installs” were on the same computer. A computer being “fixed” shouldn’t have required me to purchase a new license or the ass pain it was to get a “5th” (by your count).

    And instead of being willing to look at “why” the computer was reporting as “new” and unlocking the software because it was the right thing to do (after confirming it wasn’t AND that the software had previously been installed on it) you pushed me to buy a new license.     After a while when I see a closed door I think of breaching it long before I check to see if it's unlocked. Adapt and overcome like you said, sometimes. . . the door is unlocked. I just spent a long time banging my head against a door over what seems like a "glitch".
