    That seems high out of an 18". Is that barrel always fast? That is not much slower than black hills out of my 22" woa barrel.

    Short answer yes. There are other factors that go into it as well, but I feel it is noticeable compared to my midlength guns. Definitely the softest shooting carbine I have. For a 16" barrel it would be my preferred gas length.
