    Never heard of chili crisp oil until today… Daughter’s home from school for the weekend and fried up some eggs and bacon with it to make some grilled sourdough sammiches for a late brunch: Very subtle heat; not at all what I was expecting. Think we’ll be using it a lot more in our cooking.
