Any 22LR that compare with Vudoo?

@flatland1- I use the poly cz mags in my son's norinco brno clone without issue and a shooting buddy or 3 use them in cz's without drama.

    Maggie’s I'm glad I don't live in England anymore.

@jim996 It is not "thin skins"- it is the contempt of those that choose to live under tyranny. It's not just your gun laws, or your inability to defend yourself- what was once a basic tenant of common law, your survelience state gives the NSA wet dreams and your thought /speech crimes would...

LoL, if the rifle doesn't meet your aesthetic standards, move along, we dont care what you think...the beauty of this design is self evident to anyone that has cycled the action, adjusted the trigger or outfitted their smallbore rifle with the same stock as their centerfire match rifle.

    Maggie’s I'm glad I don't live in England anymore.

@cupid stunt while your thoughts on leaving the Orwellian nightmare the UK has become are in the "centre of the V-bull" so to speak. Your views on the average US member of this site caring about what the English think isn't even on the target frame, we care even less than we do of the liberals...

In fear of life from a Chihuahua....

In this case , the fear biter wore a uniform. At least the agency cut him loose. If they are concerned about the welfare and security of people everywhere as opposed to the legal liability this fear bitter has become, they would go after his P.O.S.T. certification.

Gunsmithing SB heavy 10 vs 13

@Rlbol While I steered you towards the more modern industrial machines, it was because I thought you were looking to spend up to $10k. It's harder for me to tell you how much of your hard earned money you should spend. I have a friend who after playing in my shop for a few years, wanted his...

Gunsmithing SB heavy 10 vs 13

@Rlbol I wouldn't shop machinetools.com exclusively, is there any machine shope in your area, stop in and BS, they may have something or know someone with one in the corner. Govdeals.com and purplewave.com and actions are another source of ex-academia machines. Sign up on bidspotter.com for...

Gunsmithing SB heavy 10 vs 13

@Rlbol AI''s= metric threads so does either have a set of metric transposing gears? If not and you want to be 100% perfect on the gear train a heavy10 would be easier to find a metric gear set for allthough Boston Gear makes gears than can be modified for either and even cheaper, you can get...

Gunsmithing SB heavy 10 vs 13

@WVHick Headstock length isn't the end all be all, Jackie S. Won plenty of hall of fame points chambering through headstock with a pratt and whitney that has a longer spindle than the barrel, like anything machining related there is more than one way to skin the cat and setup us everything

Gunsmithing SB heavy 10 vs 13

Is the 13 a threaded spindle or Long nose or cam-loc? I prefer long nose or camloc spindles for some operations and much prefer the D series chucks to an LOO when it comes to buying a chuck. The longer bed would be handier but the thru spindle is about the same on most 13's as Heavy10's...

Gunsmithing On or Off Site CNC Machining Bootcamp

@ GasLight Software can make or break, get gooder asap. Not a Haas guy but a lot newer than I would have thought (2000's era IRC). Fadal's when not wore out can be pretty reasonable, a 3016 can be rigged by many and run on singlephase (at a HP loss) in a garage, and parts / tech support is...

Gunsmithing What size drill bit is needed to drill out a 6.5 cm brake to a 308

@Kawi- most go .02-.04 over bullet diameter, depending on equipment used you may need to go even bigger (concentricity of a work on a lathe vs a drill press) I concur that a boring bar is the best answer but stepping it up with a few sizes of chucking reamers is also a possibility.

Gunsmithing On or Off Site CNC Machining Bootcamp

@GasLight Do you mean a Haas or the chicom bench mill when you say "minimill"? What is the approximate size of parts you want to make? Any previous experience making Gcode? Do you need to make this fit on the 2nd story like the lathe in the other post. If the Footprint of machine...

    long range T1X ?

Only have 1-1.5 k through it. Have shot sk, cci sv , gecco, and center- X, and some orphan boxes of eley etc. Most of the above at 50, working on positional drills. @ 100 it has been centerX and gecco. A buddy shot similarly @ 100 using gecco (my ammo and range, his gun) while I was stuck...
