    This is the entire point of public works using private contractors. I’m certain the supervisor is the one organizing the grift? If the .gov is spending money a fair chunk is getting skimmed off anywhere it can be. If money stolen from the public couldn’t be skimmed off of, govt wouldn’t exist.

    I think it would come down to internal dimensions and those walls are straight, but the people writing the regs have no idea. My dumbass state also banned “50 caliber rifles” not .510 bore not 50 bmg. so a bolt action 50bmg is fine but that percussion cap hawken or a 500 s&w lever gun arent? lol.
