    200 and on very hard to test rimfire IMO. So much affects the bullet. If you can get any sort of legible groups I’d be pleased lol. 50 yards groups can be all touching and shooting great. 100 yards can double that size or more. 200 and your looking at a 5 inch group.

    I don’t see how lot testing can be done on your own unless you have a good local dealer. By the time I get something shipped in and tested it’s sold out. I am going to the thought of buying a 5000 case of SKLR or Center X. If it doesn’t shoot well then I’ll just blame the ammo on my misses...

    You get what you can find. I have been searching for a case of SKLR for months. I don’t want to fiddle with buying random lots of 50 round boxes because the time you get them and test everything is sold out.

    You do not want to go above 3.92’s with the 8 speed. Instead I would look at tire size. And yes do not buy a RFE66 trans. I have a 2012 ram and a 2015 ram. The 12 is the rfe trans and the 15 is the 8 speed. I will eventually 8 speed swap the 2012. If your towing that much what did you do...

    The stock 8HP70 will hold tons of power and torque. People are running whippled 5.7’s on them. If you have a 6 speed in the 2500 it’s a junk transmission. Just because there is more numbers on the truck doesn’t mean it’s stronger. What issue are you having and why do you want to swap it?

    What trans is in the 2500? The 5.7 is an 8HP70 and is sort of the PITA to work on as it’s “sealed”. It needs to be leveled and pan swapped to get the fluid change correct.     My issue with my .22 (TB) suppressor is I always forget to carry muzzle down. One muzzle up and so much crap falls done the barrel and into the action my Vudoo won’t cycle correctly. If you force the bolt closed it mucks it up. So now the .22 can just stays in the safe.

    Having trouble with a pin and weld with surefire muzzle devices.

    I would definitely recommend finding a drill press to use. Cut using cutting oil. I mark the depth I want to go on the drill bit. Cut through the brake and into the barrel until I hit the mark. Chaos the back of the drill bit off, put it in the hole, and tack weld over it.
