    Lots of opinions. I have yet to see the 7-35 TT, but the 5-25 is awsome. I would learn toward ATACR 7-35 or ZCO 8-40. We are dealers for all brands, so happy to help, with the caveat that I have not used the TT 7-35.

    The gooseneck is the only other way I am familiar with connecting an optic. Most are on top, using a #2 ARMS Picatinny mount or a 16A mount. The gooseneck was used with M68 MCO.

    As you said, each is different. For the SR25, the OD is different on each side of the flange. Most barrels are not SR25 profile.

    2nd vote for Paul Craddock. Also Compass Lake Engineering. I have another suggestion as well, but he is still fine tuning his lathe. Barrel work is paying attention to details, and paying a good bit of money. ;)
