    I see what you mean. That handle wouldn't give any support to an explosive situation. That would shear so fast and the body of the bolt turns into a missile shooting back at your face.

    Bighorn Origin Cerakote Question- Recommended?

    We haven't found any issues with coating the actions. If you want, you can run a flex hone through the bore to polish it and remove the coating inside there when it's done. All in all, you're good to go coating this action. Thanks - Ray
