    Rifle Scopes Swarovski Z6 scopes...Durability??

I have a Z6i 3-18 BT and love it. Great glass and I ride around with it in my Rhino SxS. I have never lost zero or had an issue. Fall on occasion, yep. (The doctor asks this and I reply the way I hunt, yes I fall down!😂) mine is the older model with a small lever that turns the illumination on...

Are you happy where you live?

I had been but it is changing rapidly. We are in South Louisiana and crime is going up quickly. Currently staying due to great neighborhood with grandkids near by. If Airforce pilot son in law settles somewhere nice in a few years we will definitely consider a move. Grandkids close are a big...

Best home defense is no suppressor? / zero distance

Ok, I have read the thread but may have missed it. Many seem to like the option of SBR with or without a suppressor. As I understand it SBRs and suppressors have to under your control or locked up. So if leaving one next to your bed, do you lock it up when you leave the house? Or take it with...

    Which backup-handgun for hunting?

how would I decide? I guess by posting on gun forums😂, but seriously, the number of rounds, how quick you can get back on target, and will it stop the threat. I don’t have a 357 sig, so I am not familiar with the recoil, but I do have a 44 mag and Glock 20. Personally I’d go for more rounds and...

    Suppressors AAC is accepting repairs

I will talk to ECCO when I get there in the queue, but ECCO shows an adaptor for the CB on their website. It attaches to the standard 1.375x24 thread. thanks!

    Suppressors AAC is accepting repairs

That is what I am doing. On the waiting list already. When I said “replace it”, I meant send to ECCO. I’ll go with a TBAC CB adaptor since my other suppressors are ultras.

    Suppressors AAC is accepting repairs

FYI - I had inquired earlier for a T51 repair and I just got an email to send it in. I since decided to replace it.

    Suppressors ECCO Machine

I am on the wait list for an SDN6 fix. My T51 doesn’t hold at all. Is a recore worth doing? Does a recore make the SCN6 significantly quieter or lighter? (I already have an Ultra 7 and 9 so unless noticeable I probably won’t bother.)

Any Rem model 7 builds out there? Let’s see them!

First I wouldn’t do this again with the nice inexpensive actions now available, BUT I had this model 7 in 260 rem with the wood stock and pencil thin barrel that wouldn’t shoot a 1” group! So it was a progressive project to make it shoot better. Long story short, the only original parts left are...

Used Forward Assist for First Time Ever

Well I must admit I on occasion load a round before I walk to the stand, but climbing a ladder to a tree stand with a loaded rifle and a grandkid just doesn’t set a very good example.

Same here. I don’t load until I get in the stand or blind.

Depends on distance. I use the 39gr blitz king for prairie dogs and it reaches out there pretty well! I really don’t remember distance so I’ll pay attention next week and report back. 300 yards is no problem. For coyote, the guide we use loves 39 but does not like the 32.
