    New Vortex Fury w/ AB?

    I've found it to be very good. It's not the UHD glass you're going to find in the Top-Line Razor UHD binoculars, but it's still very good. I never had a set of the Fury's before the "5000" came out, so I can't compare to that.

    How about someone make some CNC steel plugs that are removable? Sure would be nice to have another weight tuning option! If it was made correctly, it could be used for people using the cheekpiece you are using, or the standard Bravo cheekpiece.

    Why aren't the Fury 5000 binos more popular?

    As @Supersubes said, call Vortex. It may be something as simple as a drop knocked the two sides out of alignment, or something like that. You paid good money for an awesome set of binos and an awesome LRF - they will fix it. I absolutely love mine. I use them in team sniper matches...

    That is certainly a valid approach. Lightness means easier rucking. But keep in mind you don't get points for rucking. You DO get points for hitting targets. You're probably right - 80%+ of the secondary targets, and 50%+ of the primary targets are easy hits for a good .223 with a good wind...

    Thanks guys. This is definitely only for a precision rifle. I've been using Geissele S3G in my "general purpose" and 3-gun rifles. (I'm not sure if that's the very best trigger for that purpose, but it's what I have).
