That's right, I forgot that. I had to carry more boxes because of that, but no big deal.

Trigger Tech Diamond 2-stage AR15 trigger?

Anyone have a decent amount of first-hand experience with this trigger yet? I've been using the Geissele HS National Match in "Precision" AR15 builds, but compared to my 1lb bolt-gun triggers, they are starting to feel REALLY heavy. I'd love to get a crisper, lighter trigger if it's available...

    Mammoth Sniper Challenge 2020 Discussion

I'm sure everyone has their own way, but I carry everything I can in magazines, and the rest in factory boxes. I use factory boxes because they are (1) light, (2) protective, and (3) I don't mind dumping them as the match goes on to minimize space / weight. Just my $0.02

Accessories WTB: Seekins SP3R 15" Handguard

I already have the barrel nut, so I could purchase a handguard only, or either an AR15 or RPR conversion kit. Primarily interested in M-Lok. May consider Key-Mod, but at a much lower price.

What is the 22 that you consider the most fun for you?

My favorite is definitely my Volquartsen Custom 10/22. It's way more accurate than any semi-automatic rimfire rifle has a right to be. Perfect match for the Vortex Strike-Eagle 5-25x optic! (Just waiting on the release of the KRG Bravo 10/22 for it's final upgrade!)

    Rifle Scopes Beginner precision scope

Absolutely! I've been super-impressed with my Strike-Eagle 5-25x (and it's sharing a safe with several Razor Gen IIs and Razor AMGs). It's a fantastic piece of glass for the money, and I think it would be a perfect scope for you.

How / Where do you buy ammo? (By Lot #)

Hey guys. Like most of you, I've done lots of ammo testing. I hope to make it to the Lapua tunnel in Ohio one of these days, but it's not in the cards in the near future. I have two rifles I'm trying to get maximum precision from - a Volquartsen VG-1, and a Vudoo. So my question is how to...

Best stock or chassis for Kidd Supergrade?

I'm currently using the Victor for my Volquartsen VG-1 10/22 based rifle. I've been working with for a long time, but several features have given me issues. I found that the fore-end is just not stiff enough (despite my stiffening attempts with aluminum ribs and hard epoxy filler), the angled...

    22LR twist rate

The Berger Stability Calculator will quickly tell you that 1:16" is not enough twist for a .22LR bullet (0.480", 0.140G1, 1080fps), especially when it's cold. You're losing a lot of BC, and you don't have much to start with! I have money in the bank waiting to change the barrel in my Vudoo...

Exactly. I use the same boots, for the same reason. And I'll echo the "No Gortex boots".

    Lubrication for FL sizing

My Excel-spreadsheet making and meticulous note-taking has led me to try to be first in line for the AMP data-logging bullet seater. Reading your note, I'll bet your waiting for one too.....

Why aren't the Fury 5000 binos more popular?

I've seen one other person with this issue. They simply got into the menu and ended up turning the brightness down. I was able to fix it easily. If other people were using it, maybe that was the issue?

Why aren't the Fury 5000 binos more popular?

I've been insanely happy with my Fury 5000 LRF / Binos. I recently added the Razor 4000s, and while they don't offer the binocular functionality, their LRF is also fantastic. We used the Fury 5000 and Razor 4000 exclusively at this year's Mammoth Sniper Challenge, and had terrific luck with them.

    Lubrication for FL sizing

So for those who might be interested, I've come to some conclusions since my first post. I'll share them here, since they might help others. Since that post, I've closely monitored the average and SD of the case lengths I was producing, while varying my lubrication strategy. In fact, I ended...

Link to that app is at runkeeper.com. Every time I try to paste in the link, it brings in what looks like an advertisement. I also find it's a great motivator. Every five minutes, you click off about 0.33 to 0.40 miles, and it's great to hear that distance clicking off.
