    7 saum

I have some 208 Amax’s I should try them just to see what it’s capable of. The 143 ELDX has shot ridiculously well in three different 6.5 CM’s I’ve shot them in and haven’t been picky load wise either. For elk hunting though, I want a stout bullet. This barrel has a “two close together, one...

I hear ya! It’s supposed to be a long range bullet capable of expanding down to 1300 fps, but being bonded, hold up at speed. But ya need to be able to get them to group if you want to make hits a long range. I was disappointed the Partitions didn’t group, they are a consistent 3/4” grouper...

Testing R26 in my 20” barreled 300 WSM with 180 and 200 Accubonds, 200 Partitions, and 190 and 210 ABLR’s. So far I can get to 2800 with the 210’s, but it’s a 1.5” group. In my rifle, the best I’ve done is backing down to 2700 fps and running them .10” off. I have not length tested the 190’s...

    Boeing down in India

That explains the delay in this instance. How did I miss that.

    Boeing down in India

WHAAAAT?!?!? 10-14 seconds?? That’s an eternity in this situation. Had that been me, it would not have taken more than 10-14 milliseconds to flip them back on, followed by me grabbing the crash ax and putting the pointed end through the PNF’s forehead 10-14 milliseconds later cause who knows...

    Fuck Pritzker

For sure that’s what happened. That county is basically Springfield, IL, another suburb of Chicongo. Apparently here’s all it takes to be Sheriff one day: https://newschannel20.com/news/local/paula-crouch-will-make-history-as-the-first-female-sangamon-county-sheriff

    Fuck Pritzker

Yeah and that quad sized douche didn’t work for any of his wealth either; it was handed to him. It’s funny how rich people who got rich by their own hard work are often decent people, but their kids and grandkids go down the toilet after inheriting their wealth. He would be another complete...

When I see things like this, I'm certain we need another civil war. It's beyond time to eliminate these folks.

Make no mistake, these are the same people who champion abortion rights; they hate children……..right up until they use “it’s for the children” to claim we shouldn’t have the right to bear arms or to restrict our freedoms in other ways. Demented minds apart from God.

Andrew Cuomo or muslim socialist......decisions, decisions....

That’s the absolute truth right there. I’m wondering how far the mob will let him go before they take him out, or are they already positioning things to take advantage of the chaos he will bring; going to be interesting to watch. Once again, he might be the mayor some day, but as BJ the 2nd...

    My $0 Tax Stamp Rant

The only thing good for me, personally, about getting rid of the $200 charge is the fact I can now “sell” myself the 4 suppressors I have that are on a trust that has my x-wife on it and put them on a trust I created earlier this year with Capitol Armory that has just me on it. Otherwise, I...

46.5 Billion For Border Wall In BBB

I think any money used for the wall should be charged directly to the DNC since who ever was using the autopen with Biden’s name on it, approved of selling the materials previously purchased with our tax money for pennies on the dollar.

    Boeing down in India

I’ve been in there hundreds of times over the last 20 years at weights from 210K to 302K; typically land on 8 and typically turn off at the crossing runway intersection. We have great brakes on the A300. At top of descent one morning, I put a heart rate monitor, that strapped around my chest...

Firefighters shot responding to wildfire in North Idaho

Canfield Mountain! That’s actually south of Hayden Lake, it’s more like Dalton Gardens.

Night Vision Declare your Independence from high NV prices! JRH Enterprises sale

Even harder is finding a Proverbs 31 wife who stays a Proverbs 31 wife her whole life, especially when they go through deep personal suffering or trials; nothing like difficulty to weed out the chaff. I’ve personally experienced it when they mostly act like a P31 for over 20 years, then they...

Night Vision Declare your Independence from high NV prices! JRH Enterprises sale

You think kids are expensive…….its the women that birth them that are the real expense; if you have a great woman it’s very much worth it, but good women are far and few between these days. Kids grow up and eventually leave; a bad woman leaves with all your hard work and most of your future...

Short Barrel Ranch Rifle Cartridge Choice

I would go 18-20” 6.5 with a 120-130 grain bullet; hard to beat on those animals you listed. I have two 20” 6.5’s, one on a Solus action and the other a AR10. Both perform very well. I run Barnes 127 LRX’s and 129 ABLR’s through them.

    Ideal Backcountry Rifle weight?

It’s my first carbon fiber stock and it’s crazy light. I got the Bastion because I wanted to try a more vertical grip like my KRG-B and Solus chassis. I like the feel a lot, but I have not shot it yet in that stock. I have bedded it, which was really easy, they have a kit and a video on how...

I have that scope and that’s what I’m using. It’s the closest thing right now.

    Ideal Backcountry Rifle weight?

I still don’t understand the big heavy high magnification scope on a light gun deal. I have a Leupold VX2 2-7 with a Stoney Ponit target knob on my Blaser 270 barrel for deer hunting; practiced with it out to 500 yards, never thought I needed more. Very lightweight too. I have a VXIII 4.5-14...
