Not coming with both size grips is a bit lame too. My buddy still had to do a bit of inletting for the hanger on his Tempest. One day they’ll have enough clearance.
Preece Precision posted this to its FB today. Interesting.
Begun, the clone war has.
Reminiscent of when Hornady just ctrl-c, ctrl-v’d the Henderson trimmer…
I was actually impressed that the guy asked for opinions on the 3 actions he was considering, and that the Hide pretty well stuck to talking about those 3 for a change 😂
Alrighty lads and ladies.
Premier G2 covers should be done within the next week - running slightly behind.
Looks like I have got enough interested to do batch #3, so Ill be getting that underway shortly too.
Grab a Bravo, and spend the other 2.5 on b/a, brake and trigger. Down the track you can add an enclosed forend, KRG pro forend, or even the NextShotPrecision Alpha. Plenty of stuff to tinker with.
MPA CDG rifle really is a badass deal though…
I get a shuriken 4.5-28 later this week, along with a g2 5-42 Highmaster. I think I’ll be pretty impressed with both of these. A buddy of mine runs a LOT of Marches and has always been a huge fan.
That’s interesting. I’ve heard plenty of impact shooters say they don’t care about the hitch, or they run their holt fast enough to not notice, but I’ve never heard of anyone denying its existence 😄
As is always repeated here - the Fuzion is an Impact without the nasty hitch when running the bolt.
Easily Fuzion over the Impact if you want a one piece bolt 2 lug. CDG if you want a 3 lug with some different features.
I have the Fuzion and the CDG currently, sold through Impact that I had.
I had a prefit (not a Proof) in 22GT that I spent 500+ rounds, 5+ different projectiles, multiple powders… and never shot well at all. Dicked around swapping scopes, chassis.. nothing helped.
Bit the bullet and got a Bart chambered to replace it… and all the leftover ammo I’d previously loaded...
Yep as someone who has all 3, Id take the G3 or the Theos over the LRP all things being equal.
I love the toolless zero on the Theos, Vortex has the warranty and CS, so Id just decide based on what color you like best :)
