    Not the best night of hunting or shooting, but so far I am liking the 80gr ELD-VT. I hav shot a couple with no sign of damage, some smaller exits, no huge holes so far. One 30 lb coon at 68 yards that I couldn't even find blood on. If you hit fur they go down, no runners so far.

    Got 3 last Friday and four on 3 stands last night. Likeing the 80gr ELD-VT so far. Farthest shot has bee 300 facing me, had a golfball sized exit out the back. Two last night were 88 and 98 yards. The 98 took it in the face and out under the leg. Had a chunk of lung about a foot away.

    Night Vision Bravo NV Backbone mount

    I will take some measurements and see. Thanks for the pictures and measurements. I am running the Vortex high mount with a diving bord on a Tikka bolt gun, so my scope center is 2.37". Need to measure the thermal with the mount on it next.

    Took a 14 yr old that had never hunted on a deer hunt last Saturday. We snuck up to 130 yards on this doe and he made a great shot. 147 ELDM @2910 fps. She went less than 10 yards.
