    The Nammo brass holds up to it pretty well. I have several firings on some of it. Wish I would have bought more that 1k of it when Powder Valley had it.

    I get 3025 fps with H4895, Nammo brass, CCI 450s, and the 75gr ELDM out of a 1-8" 24" Tikka varmint loaded to 2.49" with AICS magazines.

    Hornadys new ELD VT

    My bolt gun is a Tikka Varmint and I get 3025 fps with the 75gr ELDM and H4895 loaded to 2.49" using a MDT AICS magazine. These should shoot pretty good out of the factory barrel.

    I will have to look up my data from my 22 BR barrels, I had good luck with RL16, Varget, and H4895. 3050 fps seemed to be the magic spot for consistant accuracy, but I hit close to 3100 with RL16 out of a 26" barrel suppressed.

    Hornadys new ELD VT

    Bolt gun or AR? I have both with 1-8" barrels and am thinking this will be a better option than the 53gr V-Max if it will work at AR mag length. If not, I can go out to 2.5" in the bolt gun.

    Hunting & Fishing Let’s start a coyote thread.

    Took a new guy out and got him his first night kill last night on a simultaneous double. Has a hard charger come in on the first stand that I shot at 75 yards right in the chest facing me, just about gutted it with the 87gr VMax. Almost couldn’t find the entry on the one I shot when we doubled up.

    Get the rechargable 123s off of Amazon that come with a charger. They work great for several hours. That or buy a cable from @CoryT and run an external battery. I sent an new unopened one back to him last week.

    @Scott_at_Vortex has been amazing and so has their customer service. My tripod got stolen out of my truck this week and it had my remote attached to it, so I just sent CS an email to see what it takes to get a new one.

    Coyote rifle help

    I have killed coyotes out to 350 yards with a 223 and 50gr V-Max, but they don't drop in their tracks. My 223 bolt gun with 75gr ELDM @3025 fps will work, but I switched to a 6 Creedmoor with 87gr V-Max at 3230 and they don't run too far when hit with it.
