    I don't use continuous scan, especially in the cold, it will drain the rechargables sooner. Maybe with a powerbank and the cable.

    My son in law scheduled a vacation day a few months ago for last Friday night. We bundled up and started at about 15° and our last two sets were 0° and -17° windchill. Saw dogs on 4 of 6 sets and ended up with 5.

    I ran mine on one rechargeable for 8 hrs in 15° to 0° last Friday night no problems. It isn’t ranging consistently, but Scott and Vortex have a replacement on the way. Should be up and running before hunting Friday night. Let me know if anyone needs a new unopened power cord.

    I made some screen filters based on what @fifdynutz used. I had the adhesive Velcro on hand, bought the plexiglass and tint off of Amazon. Takes about 5 minutes to make one.
