    You should see the cards from the B&T Accu-shot challenge at PRS events... The reality is a much lower % for a 1 MOA target @100yd than most people want to believe. 1/2 MOA is unrealistic IMO. You're in the realm of random draw luck more than capability/skill.

    For a .22lr yeah just get the match barrel. Barrel life is in the tens of thousands of rounds and you will figure out it in the first several thousand (hopefully) to the point that you can get a sense of what is you and what is the equipment.
