    Huh, that sounds like a way more interesting way to compare barrels than normal. I can only watch so many seconds of people measuring groups with calipers before I fall asleep.

    Ah, I should've assumed you already tried that. What's the gas port? A rlgs+2 18" almost certainly needs .100 at least. Edit: just read your post above, I think you're on the right track.

    My 6mm gets cleaned at intervals of never. Sheared a bolt lug around 1.5k-ish rounds, backed off the load a hair and been fine ever since. I think I had 2-3 failures to feed in the first 100 rounds, but that's it.
