    CZ 455

    I have a 455 and 457. I was happy with the 455, but the 457 really is a much better gun. The action is better- 60d bolt throw, better parts, better trigger, safety. Nothing wrong with a 455, just the 457 seems like a natural evolution. I have 457 avaialable in CO at Sportmans ware house...

    I have a EC barrel tuner that I’m going to try on the Lilja/457 9t barrel that I have. I don’t have the time or resources to lot pic ammo, so I was heading towards a tuner anyways. I think I can get into a 100y indoor range and work it up.

    How about two lines on the X axis, one showing the diagonal and below that the corresponding square size. Kind of like F and C for a temp axis labels. Could also add cm as units for both Canadians with guns still.

    For you tuner people

    Got an EC tuner inbound to me for my 22s. Really interested to see what its effect will be. To me, it is about getting any lot of consistent 22lr ammo to work in any gun, at least theoretically. Also, interested in tuning in commercial centerfire ammo and skipping hand loading.

    Bartlein Barrel for 457 / 455

    I did the Yo Dave and liked it, but my son runs a bolt like a Gorrilla and it wore out. Replaced with a Timney trigger and that works great. A HUGE improvement over the stock trigger and a big improvement over the Yo Dave kit.

    How did you find the effect, on such a thick and fairly short barrel? How does the ATS attach via the existing barrel threads AND us the current muzzle device???? I have a barrel with about 1/2 inch of threads, how can this thread on AND leave enough to screw on thread/crown protector???
