    Ultimatum Deuce 22LR

Yah it’s tough to explain to someone who hasn’t felt it. And the first time you run one (if on a bench) your kind of disappointed, then in a match setting it’s just so fast and smooth

    Ultimatum Deuce 22LR

I prefer in order the deuce, vudoo then rimx but that’s just personally. The deuce and the vudoo are so close but I just slightly prefer the deuce. It’s hard to explain but While running slow the deuce probably has the worst feel (heaviest bolt close) but running fast it just feels the smoothest...

New .300 PRC build: Ultimatum or Lone Peak Action? 28, 30 or 32" barrel?

I just stumbled across your thread and not sure if you made a purchase or not. I own both actions and really like both actions. But the lone peak is more plug and play as it’s a true 700 footprint where the deadline requires different mag catches. Number 2 the deadline doesn’t seem to prefer to...

    Ultimatum Deuce 22LR

I don’t believe you can. I’ve been extremely pleased with the accuracy of this gun. I also run a vudoo and a rimx but im always drawn back to the deuce

    Ultimatum Deuce 22LR

I’m using altered vudoo mags. 0 feeding issues as long as they aren’t being rammed up against a barricade

    Ultimatum Deuce 22LR

I’ve been running an ultimatum deuce, 22” 1:12 twist 1.063” straight for a while now. I also have a deadline Ibi that’s a hammer.

    Who’s done the full run?

100% asking if it’s justified to purchase the more expensive ones is different for everyone. The cz’s shoot really well and wouldn’t hold back the best shooters from continuing to hold the top spots and buying a vudoo will not make you a better shooter. The rifle may be capable but the vudoo...

    Real Avid Master Vise

It’s been very handy. It’s smooth, it’s very universal. Makes light work extremely easy. They told me it would handle barrel changes but you after doing some it does seem on its upper end or slightly past its max. So for I really like it

    Custom Hunting Long Action

If money isn’t an issue the bat actions are tough to beat whether you go vesper or vampire. The flat bottom vampire will give lots of bedding surface. The kelbly nanook would probably be my top choice (as the price of the bats are steep). I love the atlas tactical Line of actions and the nanook...

    Real Avid Master Vise

I’ve been running one for a 6-7 months. I’ve done 6 barrel swaps, and use it all the time for light work. I really like the vise personally. I wouldn’t use it specifically for barrel swaps as there is bigger more solid vises to do so but it has handles them well so far.

    Vudoo rebarreled with 1.2" straight

For most of my barrels I clean the chamber every time I use it and the barrels only when needed which could be a few hundred or a few thousand depending as every barrel Is different. My back up rig, which I’ve shot majority of this season prefers to be scrubbed clean everytime so it gets a...

    Vudoo rebarreled with 1.2" straight

Well I cleaned the barrel and reset the tuner to 0. Brought it out this morning, fired a fouler group then shot a 10 shot group with the tuner zeroed out followed by spinning it back to the tuned setting from the first outing. Unfortunately winds were high so didn’t bother with going any longer.

    Vudoo rebarreled with 1.2" straight

Well I managed to get out this evening for the initial shooting session. It took a few to get it shooting assuming it just needed to season a bit and smooth any rough edges but it looks like it might be a shooter. The winds were a bit tricky and the mirage was nasty so I kept it at 50 And 100...

    Vudoo rebarreled with 1.2" straight

Yah it definitely seems like a great way to go with the 1.2 straight. Really helps with getting some weight forward on these rimfires. The faster twist is mainly just curiosity to be honest. Not expecting any kind of magic by any means. I have some 16’s I have some 12’s figured let’s spin a 14...
