    Another long time TRG shooter here. I’ve been eyeing an AT-X as well. I like the styling of the older AI rifles but the new chassis is much more functional. Keep the TRG if you can.

    It’s weird they aren’t giving those details or the power output. Or a picture showing the tape switch port or mode selector dial. The price doesn’t surprise me and the final street price will probably be closer to $1200-1500 Still may be a decent option. I’m warming up to it a little.

    I just looked at the pics on IG. Not impressed with the controls. I was hoping to see more PEQ/NGAL/RAID type mode selector and illumination control dial. Eotech is close to putting out good stuff but outside their core holosights the execution seems to just miss. ( Their scopes and the mini RDS)

    The magnifier is an Eotech G43. It’s just really short. The T2 on the unity is on the front edge of the upper where I like it. It just looks a little weird with the short magnifier.
