    Take this for what its worth, but did a little googling, and read that lithium CR123A's are better in the cold than rechargeable 18650's. I'm not sure if there are non-rechargeable 18650's but it appears that chemistry isn't as robust. Maybe someone else can chime in? Thanks.

    Have been researching Lapua based actions also—what are people’s thoughts when it comes to 1.125” vs 1.0625” tenon diameters? Some guys will only build on a Bat HR, meanwhile some great action companies just use the 1.0625” diameter. Even the terminus Kratos X.
