Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

You don’t need to touch parallax from 400-1000 in prs shooting applications once thd optic is setup correctly and the correct parallax is identified. Obviously there’s always an adjustment with distance changes but in the application of prs there is no need with the March to adjust mid stage...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

Kowa uses glass that has more floride that most rifle scopes would allow due to being more brittle but it is one the reasons the Kowa lenses in spotting scopes are so good. No difference in glass between the two ZCO models as far as I know.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

Everyone’s eyes are different but many folks who own Thetas, ZCO, and the new 540 have all indicated to me in person side by side that the march simply is better glass quality…. That isn’t my opinion being stated it’s actual users who have shot all sorts of optics. The march is one of the best...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

March has very good optical properties and cuts mirage very well, many have indicated it’s leading the the market in cutting mirage. @Denys I’m sure can elaborate extensively on the topic but March has some very very experienced people making sure light path, coatings, lens shape, finishing...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

There are quite a few folks who have swapped to the March and many more orders are in awaiting arrival. I won’t bad mouth other brands as a March representative but I can tell you go look for yourself I can promise you the first words outta your mouth will go something like this… Damn the glass...

Hilarious isn’t it!! Shayne’s got more time behind a rifle than the vast majority of people and he’s shot literally every reputable brand on the planet it should speak volumes when a national champion takes time to say something is good.

Snipers hide always makes me laugh.

The zero is set using set screws like most other scopes on the market. If you don’t misuse the optic you won’t have issue rezeroing it over and over. Torque matters!

Rifle Scopes Reticles: thru scope pics! ZCO, TT, NF, S&B, Minox, Horus, Steiner, Kahles, March, Vortex, and More!

I’ll get a photo of the new FML-WBR reticle for the prs edition that’s likely the best reticle for comparison to most of these mentioned.

The way March illuminates reticle requires them to be slightly thicker than the non illuminated variants are which is likely why the sizing is increased in the illuminated versus non-illuminated.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

That thought process has been tried and unfortunately you can’t really do transparency in reticles, it often becomes line work that ends up too thin to use or still ends up in the sight picture. Issue with tree reticles that guys hand indicated to me personally are below… take it as what it is...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

I’m very open to designing a tree and never once have said it couldn’t be done in fact quite the opposite. I didn’t just design the reticle but virtually every part of this optic for the prs model outside of the actual optics I had a huge part in and of course those who have spent literally...

If trees are so incredibly necessary but he doesn’t use one how did he win the prs 22 golden bullet though…. I guess maybe not EVERYONE uses them like you so adamantly claim.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

I bet the golden bullet winner last year for prs rimfire doesn’t think he needs a tree. He probably doesn’t know much about 22 rifle prs though…

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

What your talking about is a single hold over when you’ve dialed wind on the first target your not talking about holding pigs in space never dialing anything at all that’s a different thing entirely.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

The march is very easy to adjust

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

I didn’t say March is the only one doing it but we are the only one doing it on Windage, elevation and parallax for prs specific use. Sounds to me like Burris had a good idea.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

There’s a reason no dial stages have become virtually non-existent no one shooting the sport felt it made any sense and you’ll never hold a random tree location like gok can a dialed center. Rifles only sling LYFE lol
