How to repair long rips in nylon fabric ...anyone have any experience with this? (building a rifle range cart).

Not off the top of my head. Just thought it might work. Quick look on Amazon found these that might do the trick: https://www.amazon.com/Wrights-BDX230-008-45-Bondex-Patches-Pkg-Light/dp/B005DNOQ3G

Night Vision Headborne and rifle setup questions

A few hypothetical questions for the experienced here. If you are going to answer, please consider that this is my reality and it may not be yours and what I have is what I have and I don't have the ability to get more at the moment. I'm in Canada, so yeah, fun times lately. I've got a PVS-14...

How to repair long rips in nylon fabric ...anyone have any experience with this? (building a rifle range cart).

If you can get the seat and basket off you might be able to try iron on patches to close up the holes. Not sure if they come in 5+" lengths, so you might need to look around for them. As long as you are careful with the iron heat you can probably get the patch to adhere before the material...

    PGW VS MCMILLAN??

I'm certainly not into the boomer calibres, but I would third the suggestion to have Insite Arms build you something. The two barrels they spun up for my Tikka are absolute hammers. Every single shot I take I get immediate feedback on my form because I know the barrel isn't making the shot go...

    Night Vision Monocular housing choices

Thanks @WhereNow&How - that's kid of what I figured. Lighter is nicer, but ITAR will make finding that NVD UL housing a major PITA. Not super worried about weight as I would just run the single PVS on my melon because that shit is way too expensive up here for me to splurge on two tubes.

    Night Vision Monocular housing choices

Did a search and couldn't find anything on this topic so apologies in advance if this has been hashed out before. Looking to step into the night vision game with a monocular. Being located in Canada my options are VERY limited compared to the folks in the US. From the vendor I'm looking at...

Night Vision Vendors that can ship ITAR-free NVD to Canada?

I can’t justify that kind of coin. Fawk, could have two Razor Gen II in quality mounts for that kind of money!!

Night Vision Vendors that can ship ITAR-free NVD to Canada?

I would have to dig around but I seem to recall some positive and some negative. Checking their website they only use blem free tubes they say. That’s going to push the prices up substantially. Quickly looking found a review from a guy in Norway and they were cagey on the tubes used. Seemed to...

Rifle Scopes VORTEX OPTICS AWARDED OTA FOR THE US ARMY’S COMPETITIVELY SOLICITED NEXT GENERATION SQUAD WEAPON FIRE CONTROL

Clearly you don't know about the AMG line. Try again. If it helps, it is covered earlier in the thread by @Rob01 that this is made in the USA.

    Night Vision Photonis Echo tubes

Thanks @WhereNow&How for the information. Not at all familiar with the Sure Shot Night Visions SNR (Signal Noise Reduction) filter so I'll do some looking into that. Being stranded on the wrong side of ITAR is no fun at all.
