    What a mess. Your bullets shouldn't look like that and your cases shouldn't either. I'd want to borescope it but assuming you dont have one of those?

    I’m aware of the different mil dimensions used. This scope was supposedly after the change and it was off in the opposite direction. Honestly that was the least of my concerns, click error was consistent across adjustment tested so could have been handled within DOPE and/or ballistic calculator.

    Maven rs1.2. Mag range, function, a reticle that’s actual decent at low power, reasonable price. I’d happily trade my LRTS and LRHS2 for another but haven’t quite justified the upcharge. It’s like an improved version with better reticle and mag range for hunting.

    Do you know bore diameter and groove count? I know early on it seemed like they started with 6 groove 0.236" bores before adding 0.237 bore. Same with 0.218 vs 0.219 bores.

    I do this but different neck thickness and neck tensions still results in a fair bit of adjustment headaches. No way id go back to trim, chamfer, debur in separate steps though.

    Yeah but the heavy 6.5s come with a recoil and velocity penalty. The 130 class .257 pills are pretty dang slick for the weight. Without a brake im lousy at spotting shots with lightweight 6.5s so I’ll take all the help I can get. Brakes suck but especially so on hunting rifles.

    Had a couple 6.5 saums and still have a 7 saum. I’d probably do a 25-6.5 PRC before any of them these days but a 25 SAUM sounds cool too. Those 130 class 25s would be lasers.

    In that vein, cut the 8x+ erector bullshit and make something that is more useful without so many compromises. Make this a 4-20. 3-24x52 March was the most disappointing scope purchase I’ve ever made.

    And an 8 in 6 creed. I don’t get it. But 7 RM gets an 8 twist. Not sure if they or their barrel supplier is just limited on twist options?
