With the type of resizing die you're using, could the expander mandrel/button not be doing its job since you disabled the decapping operation? Were the bullets a little harder to seat?
I'm interested too. I have a legacy AICS that is just before the AT AICS was introduced. It doesn't have the block of aluminum around the bolt handle.

@Frank Green -- I really appreciate you putting together these messages. It's a good reminder to stay away from the abrasive cleaning agents. The example in the thread is pretty crazy.
Uh-hum, ......... you're referring to Accuracy International and the relationship of supply and demand. I always wondered why the folding stock hinge upgrade cost $500+ .
When you do the next series of powder charge weight I would look for groups that impact in the same area on target. Then I would try different seating depths.
Do you have much wind blowing when you are shooting at 200 m?
Accuracy International puts more rounds through a new one than most other manufacturers. My advice is to stop looking for defects and shoot it. That's what AI's are for. They really hate being safe queens.
You're going to have to call the manufacturer. They'll probably tell you to first try some factory match ammo. Get a box of Federal Gold Metal Match with the 168 gr bullet and a box of Federal Gold Metal Match with the 175 gr bullet and try that.
