    I too thought that was the exit wound. And the shot came from left of screen just due to the way he moved and fell when hit. Just my impression.     When you are downrange, you'll never hear the rifle being fired if it's suppressed. You WILL hear a very loud crack from the closest point of bullet flyby. Like somebody fired an unsuppressed 22LR high velocity round right over there where the bullet passed by.
