    Okay fellas, I have a sparrow that's rated for mag and 17 hmr. I threaded my 17 hmr and yeah it's not the quietest but I have no regrets on threading . I have a 10/22 mag and considering threading but curious what the reports going to be like. I hate to de value the ruger anyways, it's like new...

    What are you loading for your 1-12 twist? I loaded some 190 Sierra match king with 10 and 10.5 gr of trail boss and they are tumbling, what do I need? Heavier bullet?
