Advice for short-barreled threaded 6.5 creedmoor for hunting suppressed

Q Fix 16” Creedmore. I have the .308 with the surefire 300, and really enjoyed hunting with it last year. It carried well and I enjoyed the “sleekness” once I was in my stand. Dropping a nice old buck, so that helped seal the deal. Absolutely love the rifle.

    Suppressors MK18 Suppressor

Handled the TBAC Dominus SR and CB at SHOT and asked my dealer to order one of each. I really only need the CB, but want both. I picked up a .22 TD today and have an Ultra 9 and 338 in jail. if I were buying one .30 can today it would be the Dominus SR. i have another .30 can that is great...

Mount questions spuhr vs mpa vs ?

You have a rifle, scope, and a mount. I'd assemble and shoot as is rather than ponder Spuhr or MPA. See what happens then upgrade afterward if necessary.

Feeling the need for a 6.5 Creed...moor. Recommendations please.

Brownell’s sells Rem 6.5 Creedmore barreled actions with 22” threaded barrels. I dropped one into a Bravo and really love it. If you are a Remington fan this will be a solid build. A Trigger Tech would make it perfect. The KRG Bravo is an excellent stock. I have a couple Manners, but really...

Custom Bolt Action Build at Home?

So call it $3200, less $635 in tools and extra mags = $2565. Low cost PTG 700 action, X-Mark trigger, no coating. I did add a Badger Ordnance bolt knob and would like to add a Trigger Tech. You’ll creep up on custom pricing fairly quick.

Custom Bolt Action Build at Home?

Tools and components will cost more that going custom. There are many differences between the final rifles. The biggest differences are the quality of the build, fit, finish, resale value, and perhaps accuracy. Timing comes into play because of waiting on parts. There is no way a home build...

Suppressors Suppressor advice needed for a first time buyer

#1 - Order a centerfire and rimfire can at the same time. Just buy the Thunderbeast Take Down and thank us later. #2 - There is a fair amount of cognitive dissonance surrounding a suppressor purchase and the time involved/waiting. The Surefire SOCOM .30 caliber options and mounts are tough to...

    Suppressors Thunder Beast vs?

Cool video. I’m surprised there isn’t more of a difference between the 338 Ultra and the Ultra 9. At what point is there a larger spread between those two? I had no trouble finding/purchasing Thunderbeast suppressor recently. Definitely buy the .22 TD along with the 9.
