I think it depends on what can yu have'....the difference isnt much though (I heard)....I just use factory loads (AAC-Cyclone) with mine...Im assuming @ 36-40 DB with SS ammo over 33db with standard but what the fuck do I know...LoL'...I just shoot the damm...- ZOMBIE101
