    Gunsmithing JP .260 Barrel?

    I have a JP barrel in .260 for my AR10 that I'm having cut to 18" from 22" and threaded, I was also considering having fluted to reduce the weight a bit more. Are there any negatives to having the fluting done that I should be concerned about? Thanks!
