Advanced Marksmanship .223 Performance Questions (55 grain @ 600 yards)
So I took my Armalite AR15 (16 inch Carbine) to the 600 yard at my club this morning. I was using rem 55gr, 54 degrees, 9mph winds. I was shooting with a Harris Bipod.. My groups at 600 yards were 6-10 inches at best... My question is am I trying to get something with this particular .223...- testedone

Rifle Scopes Is this a redundant decision?
I currently have running on my AR15 a IOR 1.1-4 scope and have shot it pretty well in some the tactical drills we do at my local range, I am looking at adding a Aimpoint T1 with the Larue mount in addition to the IOR 1.1 - 4, am I being redundant? the Aimpoint would give me quicker acquisition...- testedone

Range Report First Time @ 600 Yards
The club I joined where I live has a 100, 200 and 300/600 range. You have to exhibit that you know what you are doing to shoot on the 600 range..I guess I did because I made it on the paper Unfortunately I was so surprised I did not take any pictures but I am now in AWE of you guys that...- testedone

Fieldcraft Scope Dope??
Am I missing something..or am I just trying to make something hard that should be easy? I have my rifle zero'd at 100 yards and I am moving up to my 200 yard range and 600 yard range. Rifle Scopes IOR 1.1-4 at Long Distance?
Ok, I thought I would make my AR10 more of a battle rifle and changed my optics from a IOR 2.5-10 FFP to a IOR 1.1-4, great scope and have used at 100 yards.
