    Rifle Scopes best scope for around 600

    Ok guys it sucks to be straped for cash, but one kid in collage and one girl at home allot to keep up. Here is my quest ion like the tital says have 600 may could go alittle more what scope to buy. Use gun for 400 to 600 slaping steel with friends. It is on a rem pss 308 in a aics stock.

    223 80 grain sierra

    I have 400 80 grain matchking bullets and put 23 grains of varget, how deep can i seat them without major pressure and get them to shoot out of a ar? what if i went to a depth of 2.260, unsafe?
