    Gunsmithing Iraq rifle coatings

    Hello everyone. I am in the process of re-finishing my AR and I was wondering what coating that our soldiers are using in Iraq? The pictures of the M40A3's and etc. that are ultra flat desert messes. I was wondering if these were duracoat jobs or some other coating? Thanks for the answers. Alex
