    Looking for some rings and mounts for my buddy’s new Tikka T3 338 Win Mag. He wants to get a Vortex Viper 4X12X40 for it. Are the rings that come with them that bad? I have researched the Optilocks but hear they are overpriced don’t sit very low and the screws are soft? Not sure about...
