Is there a chassis thread that I'm missing?
I am looking at various chassis systems for the Remington 700, and I see a lot of Mcree, XLR, Manners Mini chassis, and a few JP setups, but are there others? Murphy precision stainless vs TPS black steel base. Is one machined wrong?
I received in the mail the TPS base first. I didn't really take much more than a glance and made sure it wasn't banged up or anything. I got it from midway. What would make this a better package?
So I've been dabbling in cheaper bolt guns, and wanted to try my hand at longer range, more precision shooting, and picked up a handful of things. I've been shooting AR's, LOTS of .223 guns from bolt, semi, and single shot setups. My range will be 100-600 or maybe 700 on a REALLY good day...- bombadillo
