Gunsmithing Ejection problem on Winchester Model 70

I own a 2004 Winchester model 70 SuperShadow in 300wsm only have about 350 rounds cycled through so far and started not grasping the shell on extraction and not ejecting out of the gun ive cleaned lubed inspected and cant find anything physically wrong with it any suggestions?

How long before trimming cases?

Reloading some .308 brass checking length,specs call for 2.015, have some that are long as 2.02. I know every chamber is different was wondering just how long you guys let your brass get before trimming,and at what point lenght could become a saftey issue.
