    16" upper on a standard A2 recoil system

    Are there any reliability/cycling issues associated with installing a 16" barreled upper w/carbine gas system on a standard A2 stock w/rifle-length recoil system? Just wondering if changing recoil springs needs to be considered.

    I'm considering the DPMS BA22-16 AR Upper for my Bushy lower and am wondering if anyone can share any experience regarding their accuracy, ammo preference, function with std. velocity target ammo, etc. Thanks in advance for any insights/observations.
