    Gunsmithing replacement parts for carbon 15 type 21

    i have a bushmaster carbon 15 type 21, and the head on the buttstock takedown lever, broke off. i already called bushmaster, but they do not make the rifle anymore, and do not carry replacement parts. does anybody have any suggestions on where to find parts?

    carbon 15 vs remington r15

    Ok, this may be a lil on the dumb question side, and i know the R15 has more weight, but why does the bushmaster carbon 15 have so much more recoil than the remington r15? just kinda curious if someone could fill me in on this. thanks in advance...
