    Rem 700 POI shift

    I have a 700 SPS tactical, 20" with a SS HD 10X on EGW rings on a badger base, in a Bell Carlson stock. My cold bore shot is 0.1 Mil low and right consistently. Following shots are to POA. What in the world can cause such a thing? Any help is much appreciated.

    I just picked up my 700 sps tactical and I need a new stock. How is the Bell & Carlson Varmint stock? (the one that comes on 700p guns) I found stockys stocks has them for $218, seems like a goood price, any opinions? thanks, Joe
