Rifle Scopes Range Finder which to choose for 1000 yards?
I need help, I'm trying to get geared up for longer distance, I need a range finder and have no clue which to get. I have seen them in the $250 range, but I don't no how well or how far they will go. Gunsmithing Barrel length vs accuracy
I have a 308 with a 26" barrel and wanted to know how much could I remove without affecting accuracy for long range shooting. Gunsmithing New Savage arrived today, what mods to go with?
New rifle arroved today, it's a Savage 12 FVSS in 308. I need some suggestions in the mod department. I'm thinking a detachable mag setup (CDI unit), I plan on fluting the barrel, threading 5/8 24 and possibly shortening it a bit in my shop, it's twenty-six inches now.
