Im looking for a replacement barrel for my rem 700 sps varmint on 223. I will be having Ozzy doing the barrel swap as soon as I get the new barrel. Looking for a Bartlein #5 Standard Target or Krieger #8 Standard Target. Thanks.- berto255

Rem 700 SPS varmint tappered barrel or not?
I have a remi 700 sps varmint and I'm trying to get one of the clamp on muzzle brakes for it but, I can't get one if the barrel is tappered.
