Gear for Rimfire / Recommedations

CMMG Wasp 308
Anybody tried one of the CMMG Wasp Rifles in 308? I'm thinking about trying an auto gun in 308. I shoot tactical bolt guns primarily so I am accuracy sensitive. 107 SMK and 115 DTAC Loads
Just rebarreled my 243 with a 7.5 twist. Been trying H4350 for the first time with 107 SMK's and 105 Amax and basically it shoots like crap. Anyone got a favorite load or powder recommendation? Tikka T3 Scout Rifle 308
Anyone got any experience with the Tikka T3 Scouts in 308. I shoot alot of 308 primarily in an AIAW. I'm thinking about a short, lighter weight gun to shoot some shorter range field courses with.
