need advice, building 16" subsonic 7.62

I have a mcrees precision T mag short action folding stock. I am going to purchase a surgeon 591 reciever in .308, I also have a gift certificate for a free krieger barrel. I'm thinking about getting a 16" #5 contour barrel and put a SureFire brake on it. I plan on shooting this mainly...
