Rifle Scopes Need help selecting AR 15 Handguards/Quad Rail.

I am looking to replace my stock hand guards on my Bushmaster Patrolman Carbine with a quad rail. Looking for some info and some recommendations for a new quad rail with a price around 100- 125 dollars.

Rifle Scopes Opinions on optics for my Bushmaster AR-15

I am trying to figure out which optics to get for my Bushmaster AR-15. Trying to decide between the Burris AR 332 and the Nikon M-223 2-8x32mm. I will be shooting anywhere from 50 to 500 yards and just want to make sure I purchase the right one. So I will really appreciate all of your opinions...
