Manners Mini Chassis Question
Long action mini chassis in a new Manners T4A, the rear tang has a raised pillar section, that sits about 1/2 mm above the v-block. Is this normal? I noticed it's not present in the short action I have.- Bradaus

Rifle Scopes Which spuhr mount for the new 4.5-27 Razor and March 5-40?
2 Razors will be mounted, one on a Tikka and the other on a Stiller action, both with 20 moa rails and MTU barrels. March is on a Pierce action with 20MOA, currently a krieger #6 but assume enough room for MTU barrel in the future. March has around 7 mil up to play with current zero'd for 100m...- Bradaus

Gunsmithing Anyone Ackley'd a Sako 85?
I was tossing up the idea of a 260AI'ing my 22-250. So tried some 260AI cases in my 243's, they get up the feed ramp fine, but when extracting the bolt hits the shoulder of the case in the magazine below it and jams, so can't extract the case unless I drop the mag out. 300 rum/338 edge build on a sako 85 L action? possible?
Would it be possible to build a 338 edge on a 375h&h sako 85 action and magazine? I can't see why it wouldn't be possible, not sure about the magazine though...- Bradaus

Gunsmithing Which DBM for XL Action (300RUM/338Edge)
I'm thinking about building a 300rum or 338 edge on a Pierce XL action, but unsure what DBM to go. Research is telling me I need a CIP bottom metal (is this correct?). Ideally, I would LOVE if there was something similar to the Sako 85 magazine, but in my searching I haven't come across...- Bradaus

RCBS Contacts?
